While the flowers start blooming and the days start getting longer, there’s so much to enjoy throughout the spring months.

1. Visit a tulip farm

Tulips are that spring flower. As soon as you see tulips blooming, you just know spring is here! If you love tulips, then you’ll love going to a tulip farm, as you’ll be surrounded by thousands of them in different colors.

Tulip farms are also a great place to take picture-perfect photos for spring, so if you plan on doing that, wear your favorite spring outfit for the pictures you’ll be taking! 

2. Decorate terracotta flower pots 

Decorating flower pots is a fun spring bucket list activity to do, whether you’re doing it alone or with friends/family! Plus, it’s super easy! All you’ll need is terracotta flower pots, acrylic paint, paint brushes, and Mod Podge to seal your paint design!  

Since spring is the season of renewal, it’ll be lovely to plant something new in the pot that you painted and display it on your windowsill or front porch!

3. Play golf

6. Go flower picking and create your own bouquet 

Whether you’re on a tulip farm or having a nature walk to find wild flowers, picking them and creating your own bouquet will make them a cute addition to your home! You can make your bouquet and arrange it in your home the way you like!

Since springtime weather is neither too hot nor too cold, you can enjoy outdoor water activities like canoeing or kayaking. Find a lake and row on your canoe or kayak while enjoying the views surrounding you!

There’s something about totes that makes them the best bag to carry around for spring. Maybe because they’re lightweight, maybe because they’re convenient, but either way, it’ll be so fun to carry around a tote bag that you hand-painted!

10. Take a trip to the zoo

Spring is probably the best time of year to go to the zoo, and it’s not only because of the weather. The zoo animals are more active due to the warm temperature, the grass is fresh, and the flowers will be blooming. Plus, it’s generally less crowded! Enjoy your day trip to the zoo, seeing the animals, watching the shows they have on, and admiring the nature too! 

11. Visit an orchard 

Spring means blossoming trees, and they always look so pretty! Find your local orchard to get the most out of seeing the trees starting to bloom in your area. One of the prettiest types of trees you can find is the cherry blossom, which has the most gorgeous light pink color! Early spring is also within citrus season, so if you weren’t able to visit a citrus orchard throughout fall and winter, early spring is the time to!

Spend a Sunday morning or early afternoon at a farmers’ market where you can get fresh produce, fresh flowers, and shop from local independent businesses. There’s something peaceful about going to a farmers’ market on a Sunday. It’s nice, chill vibes, and you get to take home fruits, flowers, and other items that you love.

22. Make a flower crown  

Another fun spring bucket list activity to do either yourself or with friends is making flower crowns. With all the flowers you’ll be surrounded by throughout the season, it’ll be so cute to craft them into something as beautiful as a flower crown! There’s nowhere you’ll see hundreds of butterflies in one place like in a butterfly sanctuary. Not only is it exciting to be in a room full of butterflies, but sanctuaries give you the chance to see them up close.
